Drowolung Monastery is located on the hillside of south Sedrongtso in Lhodrak county of Lhokha region in the Tibetan Autonomous Region. The monastery was built in the 11th century by Marpa the Translator. At the foothill of the monastery is the place where Marpa the Translator and Milarepa met for the first time, and the place is referred as Tünkyenzhing. Behind the monastery is Marpa's and his masters’ meditation caves and the charnel ground. Inside the monastery there are Marpa’s throne, a stone with Marpa’s hand and footprints, and inside the new assembly hall are relics from Marpa and his masters. 

 

ལྷོ་བྲག་གྲོ་བོ་ལུང་དགོན་པ་ནི་བོད་རང་སྐྱོང་ལྗོངས་ལྷོ་ཁ་ས་ཁུལ་གྱི་ལྷོ་བྲག་རྫོང་གི་སྲས་གྲོང་ཚོའི་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་རི་ངོས་སུ་ཆགས་ཡོད་པ་དང་། དགོན་པ་འདི་ནི་དུས་བཅུ་གཅིག་པར་བྱོན་པའི་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་བསྟན་པའི་མེས་པོ་རྗེ་མར་པ་ལོ་ཙཱ་བས་ཕྱག་བཏབ་པ་རེད། དགོན་པ་འདིའི་འདབས་སུ་རྗེ་བཙུན་མི་ལ་རས་པ་ལགས་མར་པ་ལོ་ཙཱ་བར་ཆེས་ཐོག་མར་མཇལ་སའི་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་ཞིང་ཞེས་པ་ཡོད་པ་དང་། དགོན་པའི་རྒྱབ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མར་པ་ཡབ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ཕུག་བྱིན་ཅན་དང་དུར་ཁྲོད་སོགས་ཡོད། དགོན་པའི་ནང་རྟེན་ལ་རྗེ་བཙུན་མར་པ་ལོ་ཙཱ་བའི་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དངོས་དང་ཕྱག་ཞབས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་ཡོད་པའི་རྡོ། གསར་དུ་བཞེངས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དབུ་རྩེ་དཀར་པོའི་ནང་དུ་མར་པ་ཡབ་སྲས་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙན་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ་ཡོད།

 

洛扎卓沃隆寺位于西藏自治区山南地区洛扎县的色村南侧的山坡上。这座寺院是由十一世纪噶居派祖师玛尔巴译师兴建的。在这座寺院的山脚下有米拉热巴尊者和玛尔巴译师第一次见面的地方。这个地方被称为:腾建祥。寺院背后有玛尔巴师徒等修行的地方和墓葬。寺院内有至尊玛尔巴大师的宝座和大师的手脚印的石头。新建的白宫内有玛尔巴译师师徒等的灵塔。
