Chinese Leek Dumpling
Chinese leeks with a little salt and oil are ready to be put inside the bread called Chutsö or Penzhi. Chutsö or Penzhi has different fillings. Leek Penzhi is a common food in Amdo areas. To make it, a leek is cut into pieces and mixed with the right amount of oil and salt. This mixture is then put inside dumpling wrappers.
