Locals and children gathered at courtyard of temple early in the morning on first day Shingkhar rabney festival.
Shingkhar Dechenling temple was first founded by Longchen Rabjam in around 1350 and it is one of the Eight Ling monasteries founded by him in Bhutan. Shingkhar rabney could be probably a festival to commemorate the establishment of temple.
