The Nga Ging is the third and final cham of the Peling Gingsum cycle. This cham represents the triumph of the Buddhas and enlightened forces over the nyuelmas, or evil spirits. The atsara’s role is to mock the solemnity of religious rituals, such as the cham, and to try to distract the performers.
