Sacred statue of buddha displaying to public during Shingkhar rabney festival.
In the evening on first day of Shingkhar rabney festival, locals gather at courtyard of temple to receive blessing from sacred figures of Dechenling temple. Statue of buddha is one of figures displayed and used to bless the crowd.
