The Trülku holds a bell, vajra and wine of long life during an empowerment ritual during Goleng Chodpa.
On the first day of the Goleng Chodpa festival, Trülku Dorji Thogmed Rinpoche conducted an empowerment ritual, gave teachings, and blessed the attendees in Goleng village. In his hands are a bell and vajra, two of the most common ritual instruments of tantric Buddhism, as well as a bowl of wine, blessed to provide long life.
